• 04What happens on the call?

  Phil spends about 15 minutes looking at your business, works out which plan fits, confirms whether the service is a good fit at all, answers your questions and - if it makes sense - helps you get started on the call.

• 05What is included each month?

  Campaign strategy, ad creative, ad copy, a conversion-focused landing page, audience targeting, lead tracking and the complete initial Meta campaign build. Ongoing optimisation and creative refreshes are included in the monthly plan.

• 06Who do you work with?

  Two groups. • 07Where is MetaAdGuys based, and do you outsource accounts?

  We are based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Campaign strategy, creative direction and account management stay with our Gold Coast team. We do not outsource client accounts to an overseas fulfilment team.

• 08How much should I spend on ads?

  The minimum is $40 per day, with $50 per day recommended where the market and service support it. Your ad spend is billed directly by Meta and is separate from our fees.

• 09What counts as a qualified lead?

  A qualified lead requested the advertised service, is in the agreed service area, supplied valid contact information, is not obvious spam, a test or a duplicate, and meets any written job-type or customer criteria agreed before launch. They do not need to answer a follow-up call, accept a quote, book a job or buy.

• 10What do I need to do while the campaign runs?

  Keep the agreed Meta budget funded, contact leads promptly, supply access and approvals on time, and tell us when the service, offer, service area or qualification criteria change so the campaign stays accurate.
