Questions to answer before launch
Do you only manage Meta Ads for Shopify stores?
The online signup flow is currently limited to live Shopify stores. If your store uses another ecommerce platform, contact us first so we can check the catalogue, tracking and checkout setup before you start.
Is the Meta advertising budget included in the monthly fee?
No. The $1,299/month fee covers ad creative production and refreshes, campaign management, ROAS-focused optimisation, tracking support and reporting. Your media budget is separate and is paid directly to Meta from a payment method on your own ad account.
Do you guarantee ecommerce sales or return on ad spend?
No. We manage and optimise around tracked sales and ROAS, but we do not guarantee a particular ROAS, revenue or number of sales. Product, price, margin, website conversion and market demand all affect the outcome.
Who owns the ad account, Pixel and campaign data?
Your business does. Campaigns run inside your own Meta ad account and use the store connections and data assets attached to your business, so the history remains with you.
What needs to be ready before an ecommerce campaign starts?
The store should be live, products should be in stock, fulfilment should be working and margins should leave room for acquisition cost. The catalogue and purchase-event path also need to be checked before campaign performance is judged.
